Renovations in Molins de Rei, more than 20 years

We have been working in Molins de Rei for more than 20 years. We do all kinds of renovations: full refurbishment of houses and flats, kitchens opened up to the dining room, bathrooms, new pipes and fuse boxes, doors and windows, heating, insulation, painting and ground-floor shops.

In the Centre, along Carrer Major and Carrer del Carril, there are old terraced houses and low buildings with shops below. Many have old installations and damp in the ceilings, and owners often ask for a complete renovation. In La Granja, Bonavista, Riera Nova, Riera Bonet and Les Guardioles there are mostly blocks of flats; there we do bathrooms, kitchens and windows. In Vallpineda, La Rierada and Sant Bartomeu de la Quadra there are houses with gardens on the hillside, where insulation matters.

We also work in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Sant Vicenç dels Horts, Sant Cugat del Vallès and El Papiol. We come to see your home with no obligation and then give you a written quote.
