Small kitchens in Molins de Rei: how we find extra space
In terraced and detached houses in areas such as Centre, El Canal and Pont de la Cadena the small kitchen often sits next to the utility room or pantry. Joining the two, or moving the washing machine out, frees space for more worktop and a 45 cm dishwasher.
In the small kitchens we renovate in areas such as La Granja, Bonavista and Riera Nova we take the wall units right up to the ceiling and turn the plinth into a drawer. That adds storage without taking a centimetre of floor.
We come to measure the kitchen, suggest a layout and set it out in a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates each trade. We also work in nearby areas: Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Sant Vicenç dels Horts and Sant Cugat del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Small kitchen renovation in Molins de Rei: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Molins de Rei, in areas such as Centre, El Canal, Pont de la Cadena, La Granja, Bonavista, Riera Nova, Les Conserves and Riera Bonet, and also nearby: Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Sant Vicenç dels Horts and Sant Cugat del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Will a dishwasher fit in a narrow kitchen?
Usually, yes, in the 45 cm wide version. We look for a space next to the sink so it can share the water supply and waste.
03How can I gain storage without making the kitchen feel tighter?
By taking wall units up to the ceiling, using the plinth as a drawer and fitting pull-out hardware in the corners. The footprint stays the same and far more fits in.
