Pigeons on the façade in Molins de Rei: where they settle and how we stop them
In areas such as Centre, El Canal and Pont de la Cadena, houses and terraced homes have tiled roofs, eaves and gaps under the roof where pigeons get in to nest. We close those openings with mesh, fit spikes on ridges and eaves and clean out blocked gutters.
On buildings in areas such as La Granja, Bonavista and Riera Nova, we start with cleaning: we remove nests and droppings with proper protection and disinfect the surface. Droppings are corrosive and block drains, so we also check nearby downpipes and gutters.
We visit the building, see where pigeons perch and nest and give you a detailed written quote; when we finish we clear away all debris. We also work in nearby areas: Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Sant Vicenç dels Horts and Sant Cugat del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Pigeon deterrent installation in Molins de Rei: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Molins de Rei, in areas such as Centre, El Canal, Pont de la Cadena, La Granja, Bonavista, Riera Nova, Les Conserves and Riera Bonet, and also nearby: Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Sant Vicenç dels Horts and Sant Cugat del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Do these systems hurt the pigeons?
No. Spikes, netting and wires are deterrents: they stop birds landing or nesting but do not injure them. The pigeons simply move elsewhere.
03What happens to existing nests?
We remove them before fitting, along with the droppings, and disinfect the area. If there are chicks, we assess it during the visit to choose the right moment.
04Can they be seen from the street?
Barely. We use steel spikes, neutral-coloured netting and fine wires, placed along the lines of the façade so they go unnoticed.
