Utility rooms in Vilassar de Mar: what we tend to find
In areas such as Centre and El Barato, sea humidity means clothes take a long time to dry and mould gathers in the corners of the gallery. So we prepare a connection for a tumble dryer, fit an extractor fan and use anti-mould paint or full-height tiling.
In areas such as Veral d'Ocata, Les Pinedes and La Xinesca we run a dedicated circuit for the washer and dryer with its own RCD protection, in line with the REBT. We place sockets away from the sink and tap splashes, and add one more for an iron or a dehumidifier.
With over 20 years in renovation, we prepare a written quote after seeing the space and leave the utility room clean with everything connected. We work in the surrounding areas too: Cabrils, Vilassar de Dalt and Premià de Mar.

We work in Vilassar de Mar in areas such as Centre, El Barato, Veral d'Ocata, Les Pinedes and La Xinesca, and also nearby: Cabrils, Vilassar de Dalt and Premià de Mar.

Yes, with a stacking kit or a made-to-measure unit. We check that the floor is level and that the dryer has ventilation or a drain for the condensate.
