A small bathroom in Tossa de Mar, properly laid out
In areas such as Vila Vella, Vila Nova and Sa Roqueta many small bathrooms are in beach flats or second homes, poorly ventilated and with mould on grout and ceiling. We fit an extractor vented outside, epoxy grout and a ceiling finish that stands up to condensation.
To add storage to bathrooms in areas such as Mar Menuda, Mas Vilas and Can Pericàs we form niches in the shower partition and choose a wall-hung vanity with drawers. The mirror can be a shallow recessed cabinet with built-in lighting.
On the visit we measure the room, locate the soil stack and suggest a layout; you then receive a detailed written quote. We also renovate small bathrooms in nearby areas: Lloret de Mar, Santa Cristina d'Aro and Llagostera.

Frequently asked questions
01Small bathroom renovation in Tossa de Mar: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Tossa de Mar, in areas such as Vila Vella, Vila Nova, Sa Roqueta, Mar Menuda, Mas Vilas, Can Pericàs, Santa Maria de Llorell and Martossa, and also nearby: Lloret de Mar, Santa Cristina d'Aro and Llagostera. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can a comfortable shower fit in a very narrow bathroom?
Usually, yes. A made-to-measure tray and a fixed glass panel with no door use the full width; the main constraint is where the soil stack is.
03Which tiles make a bathroom look bigger?
Light colours, large formats with few grout lines and the same material on floor and walls all help. Keep mosaic to a single feature wall.
