From empty wall to wardrobe in Tossa de Mar
In flats near the sea in areas such as Vila Vella, Vila Nova and Sa Roqueta damp can leave musty smells and mould inside wardrobes on outside walls. We set the carcass off the wall, use moisture-resistant board for the back and suggest doors with vents or ventilation slots.
Where there is no alcove, in homes in areas such as Mar Menuda, Mas Vilas and Can Pericàs we build a plasterboard partition on a stud frame to enclose the wardrobe up to the ceiling. We leave a route for the interior lighting and paint it to match the room.
On the visit we measure the space and talk about what you store; from that we prepare a detailed written quote with the layout. At the end we clear the packaging and vacuum. We also work nearby: Lloret de Mar, Santa Cristina d'Aro and Llagostera.

Frequently asked questions
01Fitted wardrobe installation in Tossa de Mar: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Tossa de Mar, in areas such as Vila Vella, Vila Nova, Sa Roqueta, Mar Menuda, Mas Vilas, Can Pericàs, Santa Maria de Llorell and Martossa, and also nearby: Lloret de Mar, Santa Cristina d'Aro and Llagostera. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Sliding or hinged doors?
Sliding doors need no room to open and suit tighter bedrooms. Hinged doors show the whole interior at once and blend more neatly into the wall.
03Can a fitted wardrobe go where there is no alcove?
Yes. We build the recess with a plasterboard partition or by closing off a corner, then fit the wardrobe inside. We plan it during the visit around the bedroom layout.
04How deep does a fitted wardrobe need to be?
Around 60 cm to hang clothes comfortably. With less depth, pull-out front rails work, or the wardrobe can be given over to shelving.
