In Tossa de Mar we replace several old units with one multi-split: fewer boxes on the façade and comfortable bedrooms and living room.

Air conditioning several rooms in Tossa de Mar
Near the sea, in areas such as Vila Vella, Vila Nova and Sa Roqueta, a single outdoor unit means less equipment exposed to salty air. We choose units with anti-corrosion protection, stainless fixings and a position sheltered from the sea wind.
In flats in areas such as Mar Menuda, Mas Vilas and Can Pericàs, not every room needs the same unit: a ceiling cassette may suit the living room, wall splits the bedrooms and a low console the loft. All of them connect to the same outdoor unit.
We walk through the home at the visit and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates the installation and we leave everything tidy. We also work in nearby areas: Lloret de Mar, Santa Cristina d'Aro and Llagostera.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Tossa de Mar: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Tossa de Mar, in areas such as Vila Vella, Vila Nova, Sa Roqueta, Mar Menuda, Mas Vilas, Can Pericàs, Santa Maria de Llorell and Martossa, and also nearby: Lloret de Mar, Santa Cristina d'Aro and Llagostera. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
