How we replace consumer units in Torroella de Montgrí
In holiday flats in areas such as Torroella de Montgrí, Sobrestany and La Bolleria, a storm while the home is empty can leave it without power until the next visit. We suggest auto-reclosing RCDs and surge protection so the fridge and alarm keep working.
In flats and premises in areas such as L'Estartit, Els Griells and Les Dunes, before removing the old board we identify every cable and note which room it feeds. That way each circuit reaches the new unit with a breaker matched to the cable size.
We visit, open your current board and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates the change and we agree the time of the power cut with you. We also work in nearby areas: L'Escala, Pals and Bellcaire d'Empordà.

03What does a surge protection device do?
It cuts the supply when a voltage spike arrives from the grid or a storm, protecting the fridge, boiler, computer and other connected equipment.
04Will I be without power during the work?
Only while the old unit is disconnected and the new one is connected. We agree the time of the cut with you and leave everything working before we go.
