Renovating a kitchen in Torroella de Montgrí, point by point
Neighbourhoods like Torroella de Montgrí, Sobrestany and La Bolleria have plenty of compact beach-apartment kitchens, often open to the living room and with no extraction to the outside. When renovating them we find an outlet for the hood, use every centimetre with tall units and choose easy-clean finishes.
In the kitchens we renovate in areas such as L'Estartit, Els Griells and Les Dunes we start with water and waste: new pipework, accessible stopcocks and the correct fall to the downpipe. Only then do we tile and lay the floor.
We visit the kitchen, give you a detailed written quote and a site manager coordinates plumber, electrician, tiler and fitter. We also work in nearby areas: L'Escala, Pals and Bellcaire d'Empordà.

Frequently asked questions
01Complete kitchen renovation in Torroella de Montgrí: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Torroella de Montgrí, in areas such as Torroella de Montgrí, Sobrestany, La Bolleria, L'Estartit, Els Griells, Les Dunes, Mas Pinell and La Torre Gran, and also nearby: L'Escala, Pals and Bellcaire d'Empordà. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can the kitchen be moved to another part of the home?
Often, yes. The waste pipe decides it: it needs a fall to the soil stack and, over a long distance, the floor has to be raised. We check this during the visit.
03Who designs the new layout?
We start from your measurements and the way you cook. We propose where the sink, hob and fridge go, and set it out in the quote before work begins.
04Can I switch from gas to an induction hob?
Yes. We cap the gas point in the kitchen and run a dedicated electrical line for the hob, sized to the REBT and your contracted power.
