Cleaning glass at height in Torroella de Montgrí: access and safety
On residential estates in areas such as Torroella de Montgrí, Sobrestany and La Bolleria there are houses with double-height spaces, fixed picture windows and rooflights that can't be reached from inside. We check the roof to fix anchors and protect pools, gardens and terraces below from the cleaning water.
On buildings in areas such as L'Estartit, Els Griells and Les Dunes we check the roof anchor points and always work on two independent ropes, a working line and a safety line. We descend in vertical drops from top to bottom so the water never dirties what is already clean.
We visit the building, check the roof and access and give you a detailed written quote; when we finish we remove the cordon and leave the area clean. We also work in nearby areas: L'Escala, Pals and Bellcaire d'Empordà.

02Can we arrange regular cleaning?
Yes. We agree the frequency with you depending on the location and how quickly dirt builds up, and set it out in the quote so you do not need to ask each time.
03Do residents need to be at home?
No. We work from outside, suspended from the roof, so there is no need to enter the flats. We only ask for windows in the area we are working on to stay closed.
04What about cement or paint splashes?
We remove them with scrapers and glass-specific products, taking care not to scratch the glass. If a mark cannot be removed without damaging it, we tell you beforehand.
