Where the unit goes and how the ducts run
In areas such as Centre, Vallparadís and Antic Poble de Sant Pere, with cold winters, opening the windows to air the home chills it straight away. A heat recovery unit warms the incoming air with the outgoing air, so the home is refreshed without the heating having to work harder.
In areas such as Ca n'Anglada, Torre-sana and Montserrat we keep the fresh-air intake apart from the stale-air exhaust so they never mix, and insulate any ducts crossing cold spaces to prevent condensation. With silencers and low fan speeds, the system is barely audible in the bedrooms.
We visit the property, measure the rooms and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates the installation and we leave everything clean. We also install ventilation in nearby areas: Sabadell, Rubí and Castellar del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Mechanical ventilation installation in Terrassa: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Terrassa, in areas such as Centre, Vallparadís, Antic Poble de Sant Pere, Ca n'Anglada, Torre-sana, Montserrat, Vilardell and Ca n'Aurell, and also nearby: Sabadell, Rubí and Castellar del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between single-flow and balanced systems?
A single-flow system extracts air from the kitchen and bathrooms, and fresh air comes in through trickle vents in the windows. A balanced system supplies and extracts through ducts and, with heat recovery, reuses the warmth of the outgoing air.
03Is mechanical ventilation noisy?
Properly sized, it runs at low speed and is barely audible. We place the unit away from the bedrooms and use suitable ducts and silencers.
04Will I still need to open the windows?
Not to renew the air: the system does that continuously. You can open them whenever you like, but you no longer depend on it.
