What we check before lifting the floor
Where winters are cold, underfloor heating spreads warmth evenly without radiators. In houses and terraced homes we split it by floor, with a manifold on each, ready for a heat pump or condensing boiler (mostly in Centre, Vallparadís and Antic Poble de Sant Pere).
We pour the screed with the circuits full and under pressure, so any damage shows at once. Movement joints go in at doorways and across large areas.
