From flat roof to pitched roof: where each anchor goes
In areas such as Centre, Vallparadís and Antic Poble de Sant Pere, 1960s to 80s blocks with flat roofs sit alongside warehouses and workshops with metal sheet or sandwich panel roofs. Each substrate needs a different post: anchored to the slab, clamped to the purlin or fixed to the panel with a spreader plate.
On façades in areas such as Ca n'Anglada, Torre-sana and Montserrat we fit single anchors along the parapet for rope access work such as painting, cleaning or repairs. They are discreet, with a fold-down eye, and let ropes be rigged without relying on makeshift fixings.
On the visit we go up on the roof, explain the proposed route and prepare a detailed written quote. When we finish we clear away offcuts and packaging. We also work in nearby areas: Sabadell, Rubí and Castellar del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Lifeline and anchor installation in Terrassa: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Terrassa, in areas such as Centre, Vallparadís, Antic Poble de Sant Pere, Ca n'Anglada, Torre-sana, Montserrat, Vilardell and Ca n'Aurell, and also nearby: Sabadell, Rubí and Castellar del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between a lifeline and a single anchor?
A lifeline is a continuous cable that lets you move across the roof without unclipping. A single anchor is a fixed point to attach to in one specific spot, as in façade work.
03Does a lifeline need inspecting after installation?
Yes. Manufacturers call for periodic inspection, usually once a year, and always after a fall. We can take care of those inspections.
04Can it be fitted on a tiled or metal roof?
Yes. We use posts and fixings designed for each roof type, whether flat, tiled, metal sheet or sandwich panel, and seal every penetration to keep water out.
