How we plan a wardrobe interior
In 1960s to 80s flats in areas such as Centre, Vallparadís and Antic Poble de Sant Pere there are often built-in masonry wardrobes with old doors that can be reused. If the recess is sound we replace only the doors and interior; if not, we rebuild it with a new made-to-measure carcass.
Where there is no alcove, in homes in areas such as Ca n'Anglada, Torre-sana and Montserrat we build a plasterboard partition on a stud frame to enclose the wardrobe up to the ceiling. We leave a route for the interior lighting and paint it to match the room.
On the visit we measure the space and talk about what you store; from that we prepare a detailed written quote with the layout. At the end we clear the packaging and vacuum. We also work nearby: Sabadell, Rubí and Castellar del Vallès.
