Microcement in flats and houses: what we check locally
In 1960s to 1980s flats in areas such as Centre, Vallparadís and Antic Poble de Sant Pere, bathrooms usually have period tiles that are still well bonded. That makes a good base: we clean it, fill the joints and apply the microcement on top without touching the plumbing.
On floors in flats and premises in areas such as Ca n'Anglada, Torre-sana and Montserrat, we first check the movement joints and the condition of the screed. We carry those joints through the microcement and remove the old skirting so the finish runs cleanly up the wall.
We visit, check the substrate and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates every coat and we leave the home clean. We also apply microcement in nearby areas: Sabadell, Rubí and Castellar del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Microcement application in Terrassa: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Terrassa, in areas such as Centre, Vallparadís, Antic Poble de Sant Pere, Ca n'Anglada, Torre-sana, Montserrat, Vilardell and Ca n'Aurell, and also nearby: Sabadell, Rubí and Castellar del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can microcement go over tiles?
Yes, as long as the tiles are firmly bonded. We fill the joints and apply primer and mesh, so there is no breaking out and no rubble.
03Is microcement slippery in a shower?
It need not be. In wet areas we use a grainier finish and a non-slip sealer suitable for bare feet.
04How do you look after it?
Water and a neutral soap, no bleach or abrasive products. Over time the varnish can be renewed without redoing the microcement.
