What we check before rewiring
In 1960s to 80s town-centre flats in areas such as Les Delícies, Les Nogueres and El Paradís, the original wiring cannot cope with a modern kitchen. We run separate circuits for the oven, induction hob, washing machine and air conditioning and swap the fuse box for one with RCDs.
At the end, in flats and premises across areas such as La Molassa, Vallvallida and La Vinya, we measure earth resistance and test every RCD. Then we fill the chases with plaster and leave the wall smooth for the decorator.
We have been renewing installations for more than 20 years: a visit, a written quote broken down by item and a clean, tidy job. We also work nearby: El Masnou, Alella and Premià de Dalt.
