Where the unit goes and how the ducts run
In areas such as Les Delícies, Les Nogueres and El Paradís, with cold winters, opening the windows to air the home chills it straight away. A heat recovery unit warms the incoming air with the outgoing air, so the home is refreshed without the heating having to work harder.
Where there is no room for ductwork in areas such as La Molassa, Vallvallida and La Vinya, we propose single flow: a continuous humidity-controlled extractor in the kitchen and bathrooms and trickle vents in the windows. Finally we measure the airflow at each vent and set the controls, with a humidity or CO2 sensor if you wish.
