What we check before lifting the floor
In areas such as Les Delícies, Les Nogueres and El Paradís, where winters are cold, underfloor heating spreads warmth evenly without radiators. In houses and terraced homes we split it by floor, with a manifold on each, ready for a heat pump or condensing boiler.
The system is adjusted to the floor finish chosen in homes in areas such as La Molassa, Vallvallida and La Vinya: ceramic and porcelain tiles conduct best, while wood or vinyl must be rated for underfloor heating. The first start-up is gradual, once the screed is dry.
