In 1960s to 80s flats in areas such as Les Delícies, Les Nogueres and El Paradís, some doors still have a single locking point and timber frames held by fixing lugs. We remove the whole assembly, anchor a new subframe into the masonry and hang a security door with multi-point locking.
When we replace a door in areas such as La Molassa, Vallvallida and La Vinya, the old frame usually leaves damage to plaster or tiles. We make good the surround, fit matching architraves and leave the reveal ready to paint, so the new door looks like part of the home.
