From ground floor to roof: how we work
In houses and terraced homes in areas such as Les Delícies, Les Nogueres and El Paradís, most requests are for wood or pellet stove flues and boiler flues running up the outside wall. We use insulated twin-wall duct, which keeps the draught going in winter and prevents condensation.
So the duct does not stand out, in areas such as La Molassa, Vallvallida and La Vinya we can have it powder-coated or painted to match the façade. At the end we check draught and airtightness with the appliance running and clear all debris from the pavement and roof.
After the visit and written quote we mark off the work area, protect the pavement and leave street and roof clean when we finish. We also cover the surrounding area: El Masnou, Alella and Premià de Dalt.
