What we measure before lowering a ceiling for air
In 1960s to 80s flats in town centres, in areas such as Les Delícies, Les Nogueres and El Paradís, ducted air usually comes with a renovation: we use the new hallway false ceiling to hide the unit and ducts. With a heat pump, the same system heats in winter.
In areas such as La Molassa, Vallvallida and La Vinya we run the refrigerant lines, cable and drain to the outdoor unit along the shortest, best-protected route. We vacuum the circuit and check pressures before starting the system.
