How we replace your windows
We visit the home, measure every opening and check the frames, shutter boxes and sills. Once you have chosen the material and glazing, we prepare a detailed written quote that states the timescale.
A site manager coordinates the work one window at a time: the old one comes out, the new one goes in plumb and the perimeter is sealed, so no room is left open at the end of the day.
To finish, we adjust the hardware and locks, check for draughts and leave floors and sills clean.

01Which suits me more, aluminium or uPVC?
Both insulate well when they have a thermal break and double glazing. uPVC usually insulates slightly more; aluminium allows slimmer frames and a wider range of colours. At the visit we explain which fits your facade and how you use the room.
02Does replacing a window mean building work on the wall?
Usually not. We remove the old window, fit the new one in the same opening and finish the edges inside and out. The wall is only touched if the frame is badly deteriorated or the opening changes size.
03Can the shutter box be replaced too?
Yes. We can fit an insulated box with an access cover, which closes off one of the main routes for cold and noise around a window.
04How much does a complete renovation cost?
