We check every drain: material, fall, trap and connection to the soil stack. We explain which sections are worth replacing and set it out item by item in a written quote.
We remove the old traps and pipes and fit PVC of the right diameter, keeping the correct fall. We protect units and floors in the work area.
When we finish, we fill and empty each fixture to check it drains properly, with no drips or smells, and tidy the area.
