How we replace a soil stack
We visit the building or home, see where the stack runs and check the state of its joints. From that we prepare a detailed written quote, which can also be presented to the owners' association.
A site manager coordinates access to each floor and the order of work. We replace the stack section by section, connect the waste from every home and fix the pipe at each floor slab.
We finish with a discharge test, close the duct with an inspection panel and leave the communal areas clean.
