Multi-split in flats and houses: what we plan locally
In areas such as Centre, La Creueta and Mas Costa, where winters are cold, the multi-split also heats the bedrooms and living room. We size the outdoor unit with winter mornings in mind and choose models that perform well at low temperatures.
In flats in areas such as La Florida, La Mogoda and Santiga, not every room needs the same unit: a ceiling cassette may suit the living room, wall splits the bedrooms and a low console the loft. All of them connect to the same outdoor unit.
We walk through the home at the visit and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates the installation and we leave everything tidy. We also work in nearby areas: Sabadell, Mollet del Vallès and Barberà del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, in areas such as Centre, La Creueta, Mas Costa, Can Folguera, La Florida, La Mogoda and Santiga, and also nearby: Sabadell, Mollet del Vallès and Barberà del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
