A storage room that keeps things in good condition
In areas such as Santa Cristina d'Aro, La Teulera and Salom cold winters cause condensation on the storage room's outside walls, damaging whatever leans against them. We insulate the inner face where it makes sense, ventilate and fit shelving raised off the floor.
Where there is damp, in storage rooms in areas such as Bell-lloc d'Aro, Bell-lloc I and Bell-lloc II we scrape off flaking paint, patch the plaster with mortar and apply breathable anti-mould paint. We fit one high vent and one low so air crosses the room.
Over 20 years of experience help us suggest the storage that fits each corner, set out in an itemised written quote. We also work in neighbouring areas such as Platja d'Aro, Sant Feliu de Guíxols and Calonge i Sant Antoni.

Frequently asked questions
01Storage room renovation in Santa Cristina d'Aro: which areas do you cover?
We work in Santa Cristina d'Aro in areas such as Santa Cristina d'Aro, La Teulera, Salom, Bell-lloc d'Aro, Bell-lloc I, Bell-lloc II, Golf Costa Brava and Romanyà de la Selva, and also nearby: Platja d'Aro, Sant Feliu de Guíxols and Calonge i Sant Antoni.
02How do you get rid of the damp smell in a storage room?
By finding the source: a leak, condensation or poor ventilation. We repair the affected wall, apply a breathable finish and add ventilation so the air circulates.
03Can a storage room be turned into a bedroom?
It depends on the ceiling height, daylight, ventilation and what local planning rules allow. On the visit we review it against the CTE and tell you clearly what is feasible.
04Which shelving takes the most weight?
Metal shelving fixed to the wall, or built-in masonry shelves. We choose fixings for the type of wall and space the shelves to suit what you store.
