A storage room that keeps things in good condition
In areas such as Centre and Poble Nou and on the outskirts, storage in houses is under the stairs, in the garage or in the loft, holding firewood, tools and bikes. We anchor heavy-duty shelving and, if needed, partition off part of the garage with a stud wall.
On the floor of storage rooms in areas such as Can Camps, Can Ferragut and Can Mallador we lay tiles or an epoxy paint that does not shed dust and is easy to mop. We adjust the door or replace it with a metal or timber one with a security lock and a threshold that keeps water out.
We protect shared corridors and stairs and clear away all debris at the end, so you can fill the storage room again as soon as we hand it over. We do this work in nearby areas too: Sils, Riudarenes and Vilobí d'Onyar.

Frequently asked questions
01Storage room renovation in Santa Coloma de Farners: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Santa Coloma de Farners, in areas such as Centre, Poble Nou, Can Camps, Can Ferragut, Can Mallador, Can Mestres, Santa Coloma Residencial and Sol Ixent, and also nearby: Sils, Riudarenes and Vilobí d'Onyar. 02How do you get rid of the damp smell in a storage room?
By finding the source: a leak, condensation or poor ventilation. We repair the affected wall, apply a breathable finish and add ventilation so the air circulates.
03Can a storage room be turned into a bedroom?
It depends on the ceiling height, daylight, ventilation and what local planning rules allow. On the visit we review it against the CTE and tell you clearly what is feasible.
04Which shelving takes the most weight?
Metal shelving fixed to the wall, or built-in masonry shelves. We choose fixings for the type of wall and space the shelves to suit what you store.
