From old bathroom to new: what we do

In detached and terraced houses in areas such as Centre and Poble Nou we often renovate more than one bathroom at once, sometimes on different floors. Where winters are cold we suggest electric underfloor heating or a towel radiator, and check the insulation on pipes running through outside walls.

In bathrooms in areas such as Can Camps, Can Ferragut and Can Mallador we focus on what gets used most: a tray falling to the drain, a screen that does not drip when opened, a WC with a concealed or exposed cistern and a vanity unit that leaves the floor clear. Before handover we fill the basin and tray to check they drain well and no joint leaks.

After the visit you receive an itemised quote with labour and materials shown separately; during the work we protect hallways and floors and clear rubble daily. We also work in nearby areas: Sils, Riudarenes and Vilobí d'Onyar.
