What makes a kitchen solid and level
In detached and terraced houses in areas such as Centre and Poble Nou the kitchen is usually on the ground floor, sometimes with thick stone or block walls. We use chemical anchors or long plugs for wall units and leave an air gap behind the base units to avoid winter condensation.
To finish, in homes in areas such as Can Camps, Can Ferragut and Can Mallador we adjust hinges and runners until doors and drawer fronts have even gaps, fit the plinth, cornice and end panels, and leave the base units at the exact height for the worktop fitter.
More than 20 years fitting kitchens means we spot problems on the visit; the quote comes in writing and a site manager coordinates fitter, plumber and electrician. We also cover nearby areas: Sils, Riudarenes and Vilobí d'Onyar.
