Multi-split in flats and houses: what we plan locally
In 1960s to 1980s flats in areas such as Centre and Poble Nou, the original consumer unit is not ready for a system of this size. We run a dedicated circuit to REBT standards and check with you whether the contracted power needs adjusting.
In areas such as Can Camps, Can Ferragut and Can Mallador, condensate from several indoor units has to drain without drips. We run each drain with a fall to the waste system or to a quiet pump and, at the end, test every room separately in cooling and heating.
With over 20 years in renovation and installations, we plan the multi-split with you, quote in writing and work with floors and furniture covered. Nearby areas we also cover: Sils, Riudarenes and Vilobí d'Onyar.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Santa Coloma de Farners: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Santa Coloma de Farners, in areas such as Centre, Poble Nou, Can Camps, Can Ferragut, Can Mallador, Can Mestres, Santa Coloma Residencial and Sol Ixent, and also nearby: Sils, Riudarenes and Vilobí d'Onyar. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
