What we change in a living room before the furniture goes in
In areas such as Montaltnou and Montalt Parc many living rooms belong to second homes, opening onto a terrace with strong sun that fades floors and curtains. We suggest porcelain or vinyl flooring that copes with damp and sun instead of solid wood, and sockets planned for the terrace too.
In areas such as Supermaresme, El Rocar and La Ferrera we plan living room lighting in scenes: a recessed LED strip around the ceiling, adjustable spotlights over the table and sockets for floor lamps, each group on its own circuit under the REBT.
While the work is under way we close off the living room with sheeting so dust does not reach the rest of the home, and hand it over clean, ready for the furniture. We renovate living rooms nearby too: Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, Arenys de Mar and Caldes d'Estrac.

Frequently asked questions
01Living room renovation in Sant Vicenç de Montalt: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Vicenç de Montalt, in areas such as Montaltnou, Montalt Parc, Supermaresme, El Rocar, La Ferrera, La Plana d'en Marent and Can Pi, and also nearby: Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, Arenys de Mar and Caldes d'Estrac. 02How are the TV and equipment cables hidden?
We run concealed conduit from the outlet to the unit or build a plasterboard lining with niches, so only the screen is visible.

Yes, with a ducted system: the unit sits in the false ceiling of the hallway or bathroom and only linear grilles appear in the living room.
