Multi-split in flats and houses: what we plan locally
In 1960s to 1980s flats in areas such as Església, Ajuntament and Cavallers, the original consumer unit is not ready for a system of this size. We run a dedicated circuit to REBT standards and check with you whether the contracted power needs adjusting.
In the multi-splits we fit in areas such as Sant Antoni, Montserrat and Diputació, each indoor unit has its own pair of insulated copper pipes back to the outdoor unit. We label every line at both ends so connections are never crossed, and pressure-test with nitrogen.
With over 20 years in renovation and installations, we plan the multi-split with you, quote in writing and work with floors and furniture covered. Nearby areas we also cover: Gelida, Subirats and Torrelavit.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, in areas such as Església, Ajuntament, Cavallers, Raval, Sant Antoni, Montserrat, Diputació and Vilarnau, and also nearby: Gelida, Subirats and Torrelavit. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
