New windows in Sant Quirze del Vallès: how we work
In the detached and terraced houses of areas such as El Poble, Poble-sec and El Turonet we often replace many windows at once, including those in attics and stairwells. We also check the shutter boxes, which in these houses are one of the main ways cold gets in.
In flats in areas such as Les Fonts, Mas Duran and Los Rosales we remove the old window without damaging the sill or render, set the new frame plumb and seal the perimeter with foam, tape and sealant. Inside we finish with architraves so no cracks are left on show.
After the visit and survey you receive a detailed written quote, and a site manager coordinates the installation. We also replace windows in nearby areas: Sabadell, Terrassa and Sant Cugat del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Window replacement in Sant Quirze del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We work in Sant Quirze del Vallès in areas such as El Poble, Poble-sec, El Turonet, Les Fonts, Mas Duran, Los Rosales, Can Casablanques and Sant Quirze Parc, and also nearby: Sabadell, Terrassa and Sant Cugat del Vallès.
02Which suits me more, aluminium or uPVC?
Both insulate well when they have a thermal break and double glazing. uPVC usually insulates slightly more; aluminium allows slimmer frames and a wider range of colours. At the visit we explain which fits your facade and how you use the room.
03Does replacing a window mean building work on the wall?
Usually not. We remove the old window, fit the new one in the same opening and finish the edges inside and out. The wall is only touched if the frame is badly deteriorated or the opening changes size.
04Can the shutter box be replaced too?
Yes. We can fit an insulated box with an access cover, which closes off one of the main routes for cold and noise around a window.
