Wash, cut and colour: how we lay out the salon
In areas such as El Poble, Poble-sec and El Turonet, where winters are cold, water reaches the basins colder and the heater runs short by mid-morning. We calculate hot water from the number of wash stations and insulate pipes and shopfront so the salon stays warm.
In salons in areas such as Les Fonts, Mas Duran and Los Rosales we run hot and cold water to each basin with its own isolation valve and a waste with an accessible trap, since hair is the main cause of blockages. We size the water heater or cylinder to the number of washes done back to back.
We visit the salon, discuss stations and basins and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates every trade. We also renovate salons in nearby areas: Sabadell, Terrassa and Sant Cugat del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Hair salon renovation in Sant Quirze del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We work in Sant Quirze del Vallès in areas such as El Poble, Poble-sec, El Turonet, Les Fonts, Mas Duran, Los Rosales, Can Casablanques and Sant Quirze Parc, and also nearby: Sabadell, Terrassa and Sant Cugat del Vallès.
02Where should the basins go?
Close to the soil stacks, so the drains have enough fall, and in a quiet part of the salon. At the visit we check the drainage route and how much hot water you will need.
03What lighting does a hair salon need?
Even general lighting and shadow-free light at the mirrors, with a high colour rendering index so hair colour looks exactly as it is.
04Which flooring holds up in a salon?
Porcelain tiles or commercial-grade vinyl: easy to sweep, water-resistant and not stained by dye. We avoid wide grout joints where hair collects.
