What we check before renovating a kitchen
In houses and terraced homes in areas such as El Poble, Poble-sec and El Turonet the kitchen usually has more room: space for an island or peninsula, sometimes opening onto a garden or terrace. We plan the layout around that and bring water, waste and power to wherever the island goes.
In the kitchens we renovate in areas such as Les Fonts, Mas Duran and Los Rosales we start with water and waste: new pipework, accessible stopcocks and the correct fall to the downpipe. Only then do we tile and lay the floor.
We visit the kitchen, give you a detailed written quote and a site manager coordinates plumber, electrician, tiler and fitter. We also work in nearby areas: Sabadell, Terrassa and Sant Cugat del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Complete kitchen renovation in Sant Quirze del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We work in Sant Quirze del Vallès in areas such as El Poble, Poble-sec, El Turonet, Les Fonts, Mas Duran, Los Rosales, Can Casablanques and Sant Quirze Parc, and also nearby: Sabadell, Terrassa and Sant Cugat del Vallès.
02Can the kitchen be moved to another part of the home?
Often, yes. The waste pipe decides it: it needs a fall to the soil stack and, over a long distance, the floor has to be raised. We check this during the visit.
03Who designs the new layout?
We start from your measurements and the way you cook. We propose where the sink, hob and fridge go, and set it out in the quote before work begins.
04Can I switch from gas to an induction hob?
Yes. We cap the gas point in the kitchen and run a dedicated electrical line for the hob, sized to the REBT and your contracted power.
