Complete bathroom renovation in Sant Quirze del Vallès.

From old bathroom to new: what we do

In detached and terraced houses in areas such as El Poble, Poble-sec and El Turonet we often renovate more than one bathroom at once, sometimes on different floors. Where winters are cold we suggest electric underfloor heating or a towel radiator, and check the insulation on pipes running through outside walls.

In bathrooms in areas such as Les Fonts, Mas Duran and Los Rosales we start with what you cannot see: multilayer supply pipes, PVC waste with a proper fall to the soil stack and an accessible inspection point. We then lay a waterproof membrane over the floor and around the shower, taken up the walls before tiling.

We come to see the bathroom, note what you want and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates each trade and we leave your home clean at the end. We also renovate bathrooms in nearby areas: Sabadell, Terrassa and Sant Cugat del Vallès.
