Old pipework, new systems: our experience in the area
In areas such as El Poble, Poble-sec and El Turonet, houses and terraced homes have long pipe runs through garages, basements or exterior walls. Where winters are cold we insulate exposed pipes and fit drain valves to protect the system from frost.
In flats and houses in areas such as Les Fonts, Mas Duran and Los Rosales, we start by locating the main stopcock and the meter. We run the new system in multilayer or PEX pipe with accessible manifolds, so each run reaches its fixture in one piece, with no hidden joints in the walls.
We visit your home, give you a detailed written quote, and a site manager coordinates the plumbers through to completion. We also work in nearby areas: Sabadell, Terrassa and Sant Cugat del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Home plumbing renovation in Sant Quirze del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We work in Sant Quirze del Vallès in areas such as El Poble, Poble-sec, El Turonet, Les Fonts, Mas Duran, Los Rosales, Can Casablanques and Sant Quirze Parc, and also nearby: Sabadell, Terrassa and Sant Cugat del Vallès.
02What pipe material do you use?
Usually multilayer or PEX for water and PVC for waste. We choose it based on the existing installation, the pipe runs and the type of home, and set it out in the quote.
03Can the plumbing be renewed without redoing the whole kitchen or bathroom?
Yes. We can run the new pipe through chases or the ceiling and open up only what is needed. We assess it on the visit, depending on the finishes you want to keep.
04Does the water to the whole building need to be cut off?
Usually closing your own stopcock is enough. If the riser or the soil stack has to be touched, we coordinate with the owners' association and give notice in advance.
