Utility rooms, bathrooms and garages: the heater in the right place
In areas such as El Poble, Poble-sec and El Turonet, houses and terraced homes often keep the heater in an unheated garage, basement or storeroom. Where winters are cold we insulate exposed pipes and move the unit closer to the bathrooms so hot water arrives sooner.
In homes in areas such as Les Fonts, Mas Duran and Los Rosales, we choose the capacity by people and bathrooms, and the position too: vertical, horizontal or under the worktop. We leave access to the element cover, as that is where servicing is done.
On the visit we look at the location, the wall, the water and the wiring, and give you a detailed written quote; when we finish we take the old heater away. We also work in nearby areas: Sabadell, Terrassa and Sant Cugat del Vallès.
