Bowl, tap and trap: how we leave them

In detached and terraced houses in areas such as El Poble, Poble-sec and El Turonet, people often want two sinks: one in the kitchen and another in the utility room, garage or by the barbecue. Where it freezes in winter, we add drain-down valves on pipes running through unheated spaces.

In kitchens in areas such as Les Fonts, Mas Duran and Los Rosales, we mark the worktop cut-out with the manufacturer's template and cut it with a dust-extracted saw. On laminate worktops we seal the cut edge so the chipboard cannot absorb water.
