Villas and houses in Sant Pere de Ribes: what we usually find
In areas such as Ribes, Sota-ribes and Les Parellades there are terraced houses and villas from the 1970s to the 1990s with little insulation, an old boiler and a tiled roof starting to cause trouble. We check the roof, façade and heating before planning the interior.
To cut running costs for a house in areas such as Les Roquetes and Vilanoveta, we insulate the roof and façade, fit thermally broken windows and renew the heating and cooling. A heat pump with underfloor heating works well once the envelope is insulated.
We walk round the house inside and out, suggest an order of works and prepare a detailed written quote; the site manager coordinates every trade. We also work nearby: Sitges, Vilanova i la Geltrú and Olivella.

Frequently asked questions
01Villa renovation in Sant Pere de Ribes: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Pere de Ribes, in areas such as Ribes, Sota-ribes, Les Parellades, Les Roquetes, Vilanoveta, Puigmoltó, Can Macià and Les Torres, and also nearby: Sitges, Vilanova i la Geltrú and Olivella. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can the inside and outside be renovated at the same time?
Yes, and it usually makes sense. We seal the roof and façade first and then work indoors, so neither rain nor dust affects what is already finished.
03Is it worth switching to a heat pump or underfloor heating?
It depends on the insulation and how the house is used. We check both during the visit and suggest the combination that makes sense, so the investment shows in everyday comfort.
