Sanitaryware in Sant Pere de Ribes: what we find when we take it out
In 1960s to 80s flats in areas such as Ribes, Sota-ribes and Les Parellades, the bidet takes up room in bathrooms that now feel small. If you remove it, we cap the supply and waste, make good the tiles and floor, and leave the space ready for a vanity unit or a wider shower.
For wall-hung basins in areas such as Les Roquetes and Vilanoveta, we check what lies behind the tiles: solid brick, hollow partition or plasterboard. Depending on the wall we use chemical anchors, a frame or a timber pattress, so the basin stays firm with daily use.
We visit the bathroom, measure outlets and space, and give you a detailed written quote; when we finish we take away the old units and leave everything clean. We also work in nearby areas: Sitges, Vilanova i la Geltrú and Olivella.
