Utility rooms in Sant Just Desvern: what we tend to find
In areas such as El Poble, El Raval and La Carretera, with cold, damp winters, drying outside isn't always an option. We fit ceiling-mounted pulley airers, a circuit for a tumble dryer and ventilation that removes steam without chilling the rest of the house.
In areas such as La Muntanya, Mas Lluí and Can Modolell we run a dedicated circuit for the washer and dryer with its own RCD protection, in line with the REBT. We place sockets away from the sink and tap splashes, and add one more for an iron or a dehumidifier.
The same site manager follows the job from the visit and, at the end, we test the connections and waste and take the debris away. We also cover nearby areas: Esplugues de Llobregat, Sant Joan Despí and Sant Feliu de Llobregat.
