Bathroom renovation in Sant Just Desvern: what we usually find
In 1960s–80s flats in areas such as El Poble, El Raval and La Carretera the bathroom often still has its original bath, small period tiles and galvanised pipes buried in the wall. We replace all the bathroom pipework and, where the flat allows it, gain space with a level-access shower.
On jobs in areas such as La Muntanya, Mas Lluí and Can Modolell we set out the tiles before the first cut, so wall and floor joints line up and cut pieces end up in the least visible corners. With large-format tiles we check the wall is flat and, where needed, level it with mortar or moisture-resistant board.
Following a visit to check measurements and services, we prepare a detailed written quote, and our team hands the bathroom over clean, with no building dust left behind. Nearby areas we also cover: Esplugues de Llobregat, Sant Joan Despí and Sant Feliu de Llobregat.

Frequently asked questions
01Complete bathroom renovation in Sant Just Desvern: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Just Desvern, in areas such as El Poble, El Raval, La Carretera, La Muntanya, Mas Lluí and Can Modolell, and also nearby: Esplugues de Llobregat, Sant Joan Despí and Sant Feliu de Llobregat. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Do the pipes need replacing when I renovate the bathroom?
We almost always recommend it: with the tiles already off, renewing supply and waste pipes avoids opening the wall again later for a leak in old pipework.
03Can the toilet or shower be moved?
Yes, as long as the waste pipe can reach the soil stack with enough fall. During the visit we check the route and tell you which layout changes are feasible.
04Can I choose the tiles and sanitaryware myself?
Of course. We advise on sizes and formats so everything fits, and the quote lists labour and materials separately.
