Bathroom furniture in Sant Just Desvern: walls, pipework and space
In 1960s to 80s flats in areas such as El Poble, El Raval and La Carretera, the original unit is usually chipboard on legs or a pedestal basin. When replacing it we check the angle valves and waste, which are often worn, and change them before fitting the new unit.
When we fit a unit with drawers in areas such as La Muntanya, Mas Lluí and Can Modolell, we use a slimline or offset trap so the top drawer is cut back as little as possible. We seal the basin to the unit and the wall with sanitary silicone and test the waste at full flow.
A site manager coordinates the fitter, plumber and electrician when needed, and the bathroom is left ready to use. First comes the visit and a written quote. We also cover nearby areas such as Esplugues de Llobregat, Sant Joan Despí and Sant Feliu de Llobregat.

Frequently asked questions
01Bathroom furniture installation in Sant Just Desvern: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Just Desvern, in areas such as El Poble, El Raval, La Carretera, La Muntanya, Mas Lluí and Can Modolell, and also nearby: Esplugues de Llobregat, Sant Joan Despí and Sant Feliu de Llobregat. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Will you fit furniture bought elsewhere?
Yes. We fit the unit you have chosen and, if you send us the model beforehand, we check it works with the water and waste outlets.
03Wall-hung or floor-standing?
Wall-hung keeps the floor clear and feels more spacious, but needs a solid wall. With weak partitions it is wiser to reinforce or pick a unit on legs.
04Can a socket go next to the mirror?
Yes, provided it respects the bathroom safety zones set by the REBT and has the right protection. We assess it on the visit.
