Renovating a living room in Sant Joan Despí: where we start
In detached and terraced houses in areas such as Centre, La Mossota and Residencial Sant Joan the living room often has a fireplace, beams or a double-height ceiling. We adapt the lighting to that height, check wall insulation and, where winters are cold, can prepare the floor for underfloor heating.
The first step in living rooms in areas such as Pla del Vent, Torreblanca and Les Begudes is chases and the false ceiling: that is where lighting circuits, data points and, if needed, air-conditioning ducts go. Only then do we build the TV wall and lay the floor.
On the visit we see where the sofa and TV will go and turn that into a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates plasterboard, electrics and flooring. We also work in nearby areas: Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat.

We do this work in Sant Joan Despí, in areas such as Centre, La Mossota, Residencial Sant Joan, Les Planes, Pla del Vent, Torreblanca and Les Begudes, and also nearby: Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat. 02How are the TV and equipment cables hidden?
We run concealed conduit from the outlet to the unit or build a plasterboard lining with niches, so only the screen is visible.
03Can air conditioning be fitted without the unit on show?
Yes, with a ducted system: the unit sits in the false ceiling of the hallway or bathroom and only linear grilles appear in the living room.
