Small flats in Sant Joan Despí: how we gain space
In areas such as Centre, La Mossota and Residencial Sant Joan there are compact flats as well as ground-floor homes and loft rooms in older houses, each with its own limits. We measure heights, windows and soil stacks to decide where the kitchen and bathroom go and how much storage fits.
In flats in areas such as Pla del Vent, Torreblanca and Les Begudes we start with the plan, trying several layouts until the bed, table, sofa and wardrobes fit without tight gaps. Then we build plasterboard partitions, which are thinner than brick and can house pocket sliding doors.
We measure the flat on the visit, show you options on the plan and prepare a detailed written quote; the site manager coordinates everything through to handover. We also renovate flats nearby: Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat.

Frequently asked questions
01Small flat renovation in Sant Joan Despí: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Joan Despí, in areas such as Centre, La Mossota, Residencial Sant Joan, Les Planes, Pla del Vent, Torreblanca and Les Begudes, and also nearby: Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat. 02Can the kitchen be opened up to the living room in a small flat?
Usually, yes. We check whether the wall is load-bearing, where the cooker hood can vent and where the outlets go, then propose an open kitchen that does not crowd the living area.
03What makes a small flat feel bigger?
One continuous floor with no changes between rooms, sliding doors, light colours, recessed lighting and made-to-measure wardrobes that reach the ceiling.
