Partial kitchen renovation in Sant Joan Despí: what to keep
In detached and terraced houses in areas such as Centre, La Mossota and Residencial Sant Joan the kitchen is usually spacious and well laid out, with units that take new fronts. There the partial renovation focuses on worktop, splashback, sink and integrated appliances.
Before ordering anything in areas such as Pla del Vent, Torreblanca and Les Begudes we check carcasses, shelves and backs: if there is damp behind the sink, that unit is replaced. New doors are made to the real openings and adjusted one by one as they are fitted.
After the visit we tell you which parts are worth renewing and what can stay, all in a detailed written quote. We also carry out partial kitchen renovations nearby: Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat.

If the carcasses are sound and free of damp, yes. During the visit we check hinges, shelves and backs, and tell you what is worth keeping and what should go.
