Kitchens in Sant Joan Despí: what we usually find
In houses and terraced homes in areas such as Centre, La Mossota and Residencial Sant Joan the kitchen usually has more room: space for an island or peninsula, sometimes opening onto a garden or terrace. We plan the layout around that and bring water, waste and power to wherever the island goes.
In the kitchens we renovate in areas such as Pla del Vent, Torreblanca and Les Begudes we start with water and waste: new pipework, accessible stopcocks and the correct fall to the downpipe. Only then do we tile and lay the floor.
We visit the kitchen, give you a detailed written quote and a site manager coordinates plumber, electrician, tiler and fitter. We also work in nearby areas: Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat.

Frequently asked questions
01Complete kitchen renovation in Sant Joan Despí: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Joan Despí, in areas such as Centre, La Mossota, Residencial Sant Joan, Les Planes, Pla del Vent, Torreblanca and Les Begudes, and also nearby: Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can the kitchen be moved to another part of the home?
Often, yes. The waste pipe decides it: it needs a fall to the soil stack and, over a long distance, the floor has to be raised. We check this during the visit.
03Who designs the new layout?
We start from your measurements and the way you cook. We propose where the sink, hob and fridge go, and set it out in the quote before work begins.
04Can I switch from gas to an induction hob?
Yes. We cap the gas point in the kitchen and run a dedicated electrical line for the hob, sized to the REBT and your contracted power.
