Bedrooms in Sant Joan Despí: what we change most often
In areas such as Centre, La Mossota and Residencial Sant Joan, where winter nights are cold, a bedroom with an uninsulated outside wall is noticeable. We line that wall with insulation, replace the window and choose flooring that feels warm underfoot.
In bedrooms in areas such as Pla del Vent, Torreblanca and Les Begudes we start with the electrics: USB sockets on both sides of the bed, a two-way switch by the headboard and points for a TV and air conditioning. Then we smooth and paint the walls.
We visit the room, measure the recesses and give you a detailed written quote; during the work the rest of the home stays protected and clean. We also work nearby: Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat.

Frequently asked questions
01Bedroom renovation in Sant Joan Despí: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Joan Despí, in areas such as Centre, La Mossota, Residencial Sant Joan, Les Planes, Pla del Vent, Torreblanca and Les Begudes, and also nearby: Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can a bathroom be added inside the bedroom?
If there is space and a soil stack nearby, yes. During the visit we check where the waste pipes can run and whether there is enough fall before suggesting it.
03Fitted wardrobe or open walk-in closet?
It depends on the size and shape of the room. A fitted wardrobe uses awkward recesses and keeps dust out; a walk-in closet needs more space but is easier to organise. We show you both options on the plan.
