Small bathrooms in Sant Joan Despí: how we gain space
In detached and terraced houses in areas such as Centre, La Mossota and Residencial Sant Joan small bathrooms are often cloakrooms under the stairs or on the ground floor. We work with the sloping ceiling using compact fittings and vent the room to the outside.
In small bathrooms in areas such as Pla del Vent, Torreblanca and Les Begudes we draw the layout from real measurements and check the door swing and the clearance in front of the WC. If a hinged door gets in the way, we replace it with a pocket door set into the wall.
On the visit we measure the room, locate the soil stack and suggest a layout; you then receive a detailed written quote. We also renovate small bathrooms in nearby areas: Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat.

Frequently asked questions
01Small bathroom renovation in Sant Joan Despí: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Sant Joan Despí, in areas such as Centre, La Mossota, Residencial Sant Joan, Les Planes, Pla del Vent, Torreblanca and Les Begudes, and also nearby: Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Esplugues de Llobregat. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can a comfortable shower fit in a very narrow bathroom?
Usually, yes. A made-to-measure tray and a fixed glass panel with no door use the full width; the main constraint is where the soil stack is.
03Which tiles make a bathroom look bigger?
Light colours, large formats with few grout lines and the same material on floor and walls all help. Keep mosaic to a single feature wall.
